Enzo grew up in Lima, Peru, where he helped launch one of the country’s first venture capital firms. He later moved to Mexico to join a leading VC firm, supporting investments in fintech, SaaS, and e-commerce. Since joining Reach Capital in 2021, Enzo has led the firm’s global expansion and built bridges between international founders and Silicon Valley. Raised by a car mechanic, he’s fascinated by how AI is transforming the way workers in traditional industries interact with technology—turning voice, vision, and natural language into the new interface for productivity through copilots, agentic sidekicks, and verticalized work tools.
