He trained in orthopedic surgery before helping spin out a half-dozen pharma and device companies, then spent years running major health organizations. At GuideWell he served as COO and President, helping scale the company past $20B in revenue. At Elevance (formerly Anthem), he grew the Diversified Business Group 6X in three years and led a behavioral health transformation from under 1% digital to over 30%.

He’s currently building in cardiology and focuses on value-based specialty care: high-cost, chronic, longitudinal conditions he sees as the next frontier of healthcare reform.
