Joshua Lesko
Josh was born and raised in a small town in upstate New York. Moving from that small town to a career in public accounting (Deloitte) in the Bay Area gave him insights into a whole new world of ambition and the amazing people trying to make the world a better, more interesting place to live. He found his professional calling when auditing one of his first clients, a prominent VC firm, recognizing it as a critical engine for building and scaling new ideas.
This discovery shaped his career. After several years of auditing VC, private, and public companies, he moved fully into venture capital, joining Venrock in 2013. He spent 10 years there before serving as CFO and CCO of Contrary. Now, as Chief Financial Officer at Reach, Josh applies his deep experience to build an efficient, data-driven finance operation, ensuring the firm has the operational clarity and fund strategy to effectively invest in Work, Health, and Learning.
